This place has the best hot and sour soup I have ever had. I don't understand all of the bad reviews. Do you really expect to have someone that speaks good English working in a Chinese restaurant. I have always had good service there. The food is good.

Food is awesome, all freshly made and nothing prepackaged like other places that sell frozen food from mass food supplier. Pricing is reasonable and when taking in the fact that they have special combos, pricing is very good!! Employees and owners are friendly and willing to do special requests. When they say ready in 10 mins they mean 10 mins

If you like Chinese food then this is the place for you to come to. Mostly a take home service but also there are some tables for you to eat at. They have a huge menu and service is fast. Nice people, say Hi to the owner "Ho". Food is consistently good.

Fast service and good food

Ordered Chow Mein, got home to find there were no noodles at all. It was just a disgusting mushy mass of fried celery, onions, and seafood stock. Definitely avoiding this place in the future.

My favorite place

Ordered wantons (pork) and rice for snack and wantons were over cooked and tough not to mention that evening I ended up with food poisoning. That was the only thing I ate all day so can’t blame on anything else. Place was a little dirty and boxes everywhere. Not a clean place. 24 hours later still have stomach problems. Will never order again. First and last time for me.

We eat here fairly often as it is convenient. Though I have yet to find something that's well made. Ribs and egg rolls are ok, but the entrees are overburdened with cheap vegetables. Kung Pao is mostly carrot, and dishes with cabbage are, we'll, mostly cabbage. I do like the flavors, but feel like I'm getting ripped off on the proteins. This food is best deecribed as cheap-eats.

I love this Chinese restaurant in Palmyra, Virginia. The family who owns it is absolutely wonderful and the food is delicious as well. No hesitation in recommending them!!!

I love this they have the best hot and sour soup around but I can't eat gluten anymore so I really can't eat Chinese and less someone starts using gluten-free soy sauce but I would highly recommend this place so good

There are thousands of recipes for Kung Pao Chicken, and none seem to include carrots. I like carrots but not as much as Golden China Express apparently thinks I do. Suggestion to GCX: cut the carrot content by 2/3rds, increase the peanut count by 50% (or more - they were hard to find in the dish), add some sugar ( maybe brown sugar) to the sauce, and see what you get. Could be a big improvement.
